When you begin to compete with others, you will never be able to utilise your full potentials. You will be operating at the speed of of others.
If they run 120km/h, and you run 100km/h, with a mindset of competition, you will work relentlessly to surpass the 120km/h others are running.
Your target will revolve around 120km/h. When you eventually surpass the 120km/h, you seem fulfilled, and would run at that speed as long as others remain at 120km/h. Meanwhile, you have the potentials to run 250km/h. Because you are competing, you become blind to this, and end up being regulated by others’ speed.
Friend, never do anything because you want to be better than another person. Do things because you want to be a better person. You are unique. Remain so!
